Villa Maritime with Pool by the Sea

Villa Maritime in Ljubač is located directly by the sea and combines modern comfort with an exceptional view of the Adriatic, the pool and some of the most beautiful sunsets in the region.



The villa is set in a quiet location in Ljubač, only about 15 km from Zadar and ideally positioned between Zadar and the island of Pag. The sea is just a few metres away, so you can enjoy the view of the water throughout the day – from the house, the terrace, the balcony and directly from the pool. The evenings are especially atmospheric, when the sun sets over the coast and the terrace, pool area and open fire pit become a wonderful place to spend time together.



The outdoor area is spacious and designed for relaxing days by the sea. The private pool with waterfall offers an open view of the Adriatic, while sun loungers, a shaded pergola and comfortable seating areas invite you to unwind. Next to the pool there is an open fire pit, and there is also a separate stone barbecue house with an awning, stone grill and WC. A SUP board is available for active guests. Two parking spaces are located safely inside the enclosed courtyard.



On the upper floor, there are four modern bedrooms, all with their own air conditioning, Smart TV, en-suite bathroom and access to the balcony with sea and pool views. Two bedrooms have king-size beds, another bedroom has two single beds. The fourth bedroom offers one single bed measuring 90 x 200 cm and one wider bed measuring 140 x 200 cm. In addition, two extra beds are available, especially suitable for children or teenagers. The villa is comfortably suited for 8 to 9 guests and can accommodate up to a maximum of 10 guests depending on the group composition, especially with children or teenagers.



The open-plan living area on the ground floor is bright, modern and comfortably furnished. It offers a cosy seating area, Smart TV, air conditioning, a shared dining area and an open, fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, Jura fully automatic coffee machine, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, kettle and further amenities. A washing machine is also available.



Villa Maritime is ideal for families and groups of friends looking for a modern villa directly by the sea – with plenty of privacy, high-quality equipment, a private pool, barbecue area and beautiful sea views. The villa is especially comfortable for 8 to 9 guests; with additional sleeping options for children or teenagers, occupancy is possible for up to 10 guests. Zadar can be reached within a short drive, as can the bridge to the island of Pag, which is about 15 km away.
