“Todo perfecto El mejor Hotel de Malasia con diferencia el trato del personal increible , todo amabilidad y siempre dispuestos a ayudarte,habitación preciosa y eso wue era la standard , comida super buena y a buen precio. Tuvimos un problema ajeno al Hotel con el vuelo de nuestro hijo ( perdio la conexión en Dubai)y el Director nos lo arreglo todo con el Ritz Carlton de Dubai. Encantandos con todo la verdad Super”

“Fantastic hotel and amazing service. Taking care of their guest is their priority here. They add their personal touch with care. Breakfast buffet was superb.. The bar is not that pricey if you wanna have a drink or 2. There is live music in the evening which i thoroughly enjoyed... Its close to the beach and all water sport activities are nearby..there is even a buggy to drive to/from the beach The pool was great for kids had so much fun... Overall, a wonderful experience gonna miss...

As others mention, outdated rooms, lack of maintenance, huge stains all over the carpet on the corridors, dubious cleanliness, and the dirtiest water pool I’ve ever seen. ”

“If you like closeness to nature, this the place for you. Squirrels, birds and monkeys visited our balcony during our stay. The glass walled villa offers amazing view of the forest in all four directions but if you prefer privacy, draw the curtains, which we didn't have to use. Given the location, expect some ants, mostly in the bathtub but they don't bite or bother us. The adorable resident dogs do bark intermittently at night so bring ear plugs if necessary. Complimentary pickup/dropoff service...
