“Check in was bad, no information sent until well after check in time. Location not as secluded as we thought, other cabins around quite close. Bed in main room broke. No instruction book or info for checking out. I had to ask for that. Cleanliness was great. Nice place great decor. Shower pretty neat after we figured it out. ”

“Black Diamond Chalet was the perfect weekend getaway for a group of 12. The location was a very easy drive from the Pittsburgh area using GPS. Inside, everything was well stocked, clean, and the jacuzzi tub was a perfect addition.Overall communication with the property manager for a few questions were responded to promptly. My only issue was the proximity to the neighboring property, and would strongly suggest a privacy screen/fence/wall to be implemented around the hot tub area. I would...

Our cats had a vacation just like we did and that meant a lot to us.It was also clear that it was an older place, but it had character and we could tell they went to a lot of trouble to make it cozy.
