“Hi there. Overall, the stay was great. Just noticed a few things left behind maybe from the previous renters. Specifically in the bathroom (toilet still slightly dirty) and clothing left in the back area near spa n back toilet area. Just a sidenote it was a little tough to get good Rest with the ongoing rattling from the back mini split unit in the master bedroom. The spa was great thank you so much!!!’ ”

“We got there after dark - Thank God for the precise directions. This was bigger than we originally thought. Bed was very comfortable. Our daughter stayed on the couch. Full kitchen, bathroom was great and loved the balcony. Very quiet and peaceful. We would book another stay if we are in the area.”

“My daughter and I loved staying at Rebecca’s place. It was sparkling clean and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. The AC was already turned down to a comfortable temperature for our arrival and cold waters were in the refrigerator. Rebecca messaged throughout our stay to check in and see if we needed anything. We loved the beautiful backyard and pool. I would definitely stay her again.”

“So basically a hotel room in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of dresser & closet space with hangers. Comfortable Q bed, quality towels, everything I needed. I had to search the internet to figure out how to operate the coffee maker, but they supplied plenty of pods for it. I know its a Chico thing but ther are no street lights on the block. Made finding it after sunset interesting but the neighborhood is safe. I will definitely look to stay here again.”
