The balcony has comfortable chairs and a table making it great for viewing the harbor at breakfast and when relaxing in the evening. The kitchen is just the right size for a few people. “We had to get on a boat for a week from Red Hook so stayed here for the night before. SUPER CLOSE LOCATION was PERFECT! Clean place, great for 2 couples. Stairs up 3 flights no problem, just don't have a ton of luggage. Everything worked great for us!”
