This historic cabin housed WPA workers in the 1930’s as they built the Beartooth Pass. Enjoy amenities including a hot tub, plenty of sleeping, TV and WIFI, and it is pet friendly. Brown Bear Lodge is the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring!
The Space:

Through the hot tub room is the second bedroom with two beds. This room has nice views of the back lawns where you will frequently see deer and wildlife.
Each bathroom is a full bathroom with bathtub shower combos. The orginal cast iron bath tubs are a little larger than standard, making it great for baths! Each bathroom is stocked for your stay including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, and toilet paper.
The interior layout resembles an alley style home where you go through one room to get to the next. The two bedrooms are adjoinging the hot tub room. This is a very dated property. since we went up over valentine's day, the staff left a box of chocolates for us which was a nice touch. uneven floors and bathroom fixtures that are very difficult to shot off and a shower head that doesn't move. Only half of the hot tub worked and there is only one jet setting. Electric baseboard heaters are very loud at night. Also, the hot tub is outside the main bedroom and goes off all night. Lots of room and plenty of towels and bedding essentials, but no instruction on where to put the used bedding before we left. No forced air for heat. Living room has a small gas fireplace and there was a space heater in another bedroom. overall it was kinda meh. would be a good place for a bunch of skiers just looking for a place to sleep, but for a romantic valentine's weekend getaway, this isn't the place. probably won't be back.
