I recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing property nestled in the beautiful mountains of Red River, NM, and I couldn’t have asked for a better getaway! Very Comfortable

The property was nothing short of perfect. It accommodated my family perfectly. Had so many amities, very clean, and location was perfect. The communication with the host was very sufficient. Highly recommend this property. We will defiantly be back.

Senior Ski Trip

We took a Senior Trip with our varsity clay team boys and it was a great place to hang out and not too far from the slopes. Great house for groups. We come to RR every year on MLK weekend. It is by far my favorite VRBO to stay in. Host was very communicative and house had all the essentials and then some!!!! I loved it having a shared pantry for stuff you might have forgot to get at the store. Great memories were made!!!!

Beautiful home! Very peaceful, we loved sitting on the porch and by the river! Would definitely stay here again. The family really enjoyed! Only con is gets fairly warm when there arr no blinds but fan took the edge off.

Escape the heat and wind

We had a great stay. I had to reach out to the manager to get check in information. I wanted before the day of travel as we have spotty cell service (Verizon) traveling and in the Upper Valley. The home is beautiful, flat surface to the river. Our grandson caught a Brown Trout as soon as he threw his kids pole in the river. The only one caught but it made his day! Great home for a group as the accommodations make you feel at home and give you enough room to spread out. We will be back!

Perfect house at a perfect location

We took a family trip - 3 couples ranging from mid-50’s to mid-80’s. The three levels worked well. The 80 year-olds got the main level where they only had to go up 2 steps to get in the house and everything they needed was at that level. It worked out perfectly for us. The kitchen could not have been better stocked. They had appliances, dishes, and cookware for anything you wanted to cook. Also had a lot of staples - seasonings and such. You really only need to supply your food. But the big sell was the location. Being able to experience the Red River from the property was amazing. You could walk down to it and fish or sit by the fire pit. Or just gaze at it from the porch. Or open the windows and listen to it from the house. The host quickly answered all my questions before the trip and we had contact information for a couple of people if we had issues once we arrived at the house. Overall, it was a great experience. Only wish we had scheduled fewer activities so we could have had even more time relaxing at the house.

Peaceful property

The location was beautiful and very peaceful on the river! The house has a nice layout and kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials. The community pantry was a nice addition. There was trash left on the deck from previous tenants but cleaning staff was sent out to pickup after we notified management. We did get locked out on our first excursion. Key to the house was only good for the deadbolt lock on the door. It didn’t fit on any other locks. We locked the handle of the door instead of the deadbolt without realizing the key didn’t match. Property manager worked with us and after getting owner involved we were able to regain entry. Thankfully the weather was pleasant during this issue. Overall had a nice vacation.
