House was gorgeous! Had all the amenities we needed for a perfect stay. Our group could walk from the house to the art festival and all the unique shops. Lots of room to play cards, watch tv and relax.

Family wedding weekend

Our family stay in Red Wing for a family wedding was wonderful. The Franklin Cottage was a great location in proximity to the St. James Hotel. The bedrooms were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, the kitchen was well appointed and the gathering areas were ideal for our family of 6. World definitely recommend!

Just what we needed

This was just what our family needed for the weekend of our daughter's wedding. A lovely home! We enjoyed our stay in Red Wing and want to go back when we have more time to explore the town. Would definitely stay here again.

Wedding Party

My bridal party and I used the space for a place to rest before the wedding. We loved the set up and peaceful vibe. Great for pictures and in a great location for a nice walk!

Perfect Arts and Crafts Style Cottage in Redwing

Franklin cottage was the perfect location to host our family group attending our sons beautiful wedding in Welch. Perfectly appointed, spectacularly decorated and thoughtfully designed. I would recommend this home to any travelers and would return again on our next stay.

Girls Trip

A few friends and I stayed here to surprise another friend who just got married, we hadn’t seen each other in two years and this place was perfect for spending time with each other but also giving us our own space. The house has an old charm to it and is beautifully decorated.

An excellent place from which to experience Red Wing.

Well-maintained older home, with very nicely appointed interiors and furnishings. Walkable to just about anywhere close in. Overall, perfect for our group.

Sweet Stay

This getaway was awesome. Visiting Redwing for a wedding and the location was perfect. Easy walking distance to downtown. The house was adorable & VERY private at end of the street. Highly recommend!

Great location!

We loved this property - worked perfectly for five of us ladies for our annual college friends weekend. We enjoyed the sunroom for morning coffee and evening wine and conversation! The house had everything we needed and then some! :) Thanks for everything!

Fun family getaway

We went to Red Wing to attend a concert Friday Night at the Treasure Island Casino. It was a quick 20 minute ride to the venue. We enjoyed several local restaurants and enjoyed the little city vibe. The home was perfect for our 3 couples. So much more enjoyable than a hotel, and so close to everything!

Girls Weekend!

This is our second time staying here and we love it! Plenty of space for the five of us. Short drive to shopping and restaurants. We park and walk around the entire day. The house has everything you need and more. Great communication with the property manager. Comfy beds and lots of extra blankets. We will stay again when in Red Wing!

Beautiful cozy home in town!

My friends and I absolutely LOVED this adorable and cozy cottage. The house was clean, organized, well stocked with coffee & snacks, and was so convenient in town. This cottage is tucked up into the bluff - beautiful in the fall. The host was good at communicating info and was very prompt in responding to my questions. We will be back again!

Comforting Home

The beds were comfy, the closets spacious. The kitchen clean and well appointed. The living room with the fireplace, the porch with comfy couches and windows to delight in the color of the leaves on the adjacent bluff made for a perfect place for comforting conversations with friends as we met again after many years. Would definitely recommend to all my friends!
