“Don't expect toilet paper unless you're willing to pay a massive upcharge! New boutique hotel in mint condition and great location in Maida Vale. Staff (all off-site) was wonderful during booking process online. We were initially told there was AC in the room we booked but then management realized there wasn't so they upgraded us to a room with AC at no extra charge. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen had too many unusable amenities in lieu of just useful space. How anyone could cook anything in...

Perfect for our vacation with two teenagers who needed their own space. Nicole was responsive and helpful with advice. Tube and bus stations were easy to access - bus stop is just outside the flat. “We specially booked a 2 bedroom apartment, which was confirmed in our Expedia booking. When we arrived it was a 1 bed with a sofa bed. This aside, the kitchen cupboard was off the wall, the bath was cracked, the tiles were broken and so was the dressing table and mirror. We communicated all of this to the host and their only answer, was that they would cancel the booking (as we are stood in the apartment) and give us a refund.
