“Actually, the process of booking through Hotels.com the claim of everything must be handled by the hotel is not true. They are not in control of the booking. Hotels.com is in control of the booking so they were not able to amend or cancel the booking and the customer service reps consistently would refer me back to Premier Inn, which had nothing to do with booking the stay”

“First time I have stayed here but it certainly won’t be the last. Situated in a lovely setting everything was perfect. Staff welcoming and friendly, food was outstanding and the rooms were immaculate. I would certainly recommend this lovely pub. ”

“Lovely large house with self contained rooms which had everything you would need for an overnight stay
The actual house was warm when we arrived but our room was freezing. There was a radiator in the room but it was off and didn't come on when the valve was turned to warm
We were actually sat with our coats on before we left to go out”
