    Step inside Hawaiian Coffee Hale and take in the tasteful Hawaiian and coffee-inspired details woven throughout the home. Every space has been designed for comfort, functionality, and togetherness, making it ideal for families, friends, or groups visiting Redding.

    The open-concept living area features a large sectional and smart TV, seamlessly connected to the show-stopping kitchen. The dining table seats the whole group and includes tablecloths and Hawaiian-inspired placemats for more formal meals. Large windows fill the space with light and provide a welcoming atmosphere for gathering.

    The heart of the home is the fully stocked, modern kitchen. With stunning finishes and every appliance, tool, and dish ware you could need, cooking here is a joy.     Bedroom 1 (King Suite)

    The primary suite offers a king bed with luxurious linens, a smart TV, desk workspace, and private backyard access. The ensuite bathroom features a large walk-in shower and soaking tub for relaxation.

    Bedroom 2 (King Room)

    This spacious room includes a king bed, vanity, and smart TV, providing a comfortable and private retreat.

    Bedroom 3 (Queen Room)

    With a queen bed, vanity, and smart TV, this room is perfect for unwinding at the end of the day.

    Bonus Room

    Flexible for any group, the bonus room features a twin daybed that can convert into two twins or one king bed. (Please let us know if you would like it to be set up as a King in advance)

    Conveniently located between Bedrooms 2 and 3, this *handicap-accessible* bathroom includes updated fixtures, a shower/tub combo, and all the essentials for your stay.

    Backyard & Patio

    Step outside to enjoy a beautifully designed outdoor space. Gather around the fire pit, bake in the pizza oven, or grill on the BBQ. String lights and a landscaped garden set the perfect mood for outdoor dining or conversation. The space is fenced and includes a large dog run for your furry companions. Light street noise may be heard, but it’s minimal and never disruptive to enjoying the yard.

    Accessibility & Pet Friendly

    The entire home is designed to be handicap accessible (with the exception of one step down into the game room). Pets are welcome, and the home is fully stocked with supplies to make their stay just as comfortable as yours.

    PARKING

    Per City of Redding ordinance, we are required to collect license plate numbers for all vehicles. A Google Form will be sent at the time of reservation to gather this information. Parking at Hawaiian Coffee Hale is limited to 1 car per bedroom (3 total) and must be off-street.

    OCCUPANCY

    Per City of Redding ordinance, the maximum occupancy is 2 adults per bedroom overnight, with a total cap of 16 adults on the property at any time. There is no cap on children.
    All guests, including children, must be accounted for in your reservation.

    PET POLICY

    We absolutely LOVE animals and Hawaiian Coffee Hale was designed with pets in mind, including a large dog run! For guests booking with pets or traveling with service animals, please note:

    (While the ADA does not require disclosure of service animals, we greatly appreciate advance notice to help us prepare the property and plan accordingly for our cleaners.)

    Pet Approval: All dogs must be approved through management via booking site messages (does not apply to ADA service animals)

    Pet Fee: $35/night/dog, up to 2 dogs (does not apply to ADA service animals)

    No Unattended Pets: Pets may never be left unattended on the property. Unattended pets reported by neighbors, cameras, or staff will result in reservation cancellation without refund

    Furniture Restrictions: Pets are not allowed on furniture (couches, chairs, beds). If pet hair, stains, or scratches are found, additional cleaning fees of at least $100 will apply

    Damage & Messes: Pet owners must clean up all pet-related messes (food, hair, waste). Lint rollers and waste bags are provided at the home

    Damage Reporting: Any damages must be reported immediately so we can address them together. We understand that accidents happen and just want to help!

    Unapproved Pets: Unapproved pets incur a $75/night fee, added upon checkout or when reported by our cleaners

    SMOKING/VAPING

    This property is a smoke-free home. Smoking is NOT allowed inside under any circumstances.

    Outdoor Smoking Rule: Smoking is prohibited within 25 feet of any door to the home or neighboring properties

    Outdoor Evidence of Smoking: Any evidence of smoking outside (cigarette butts, joints, pipes, vapes, etc.) will be promptly disposed of and will result in a $75 fine. This includes remnants left in fire pits or other unapproved areas

    Indoor Smoking Penalty: If smoking is detected inside, a minimum fine of $250 will be applied, plus reimbursement for any revenue lost from blocked nights required for smoke removal

    Smoke/Vape Detection: Some of our properties are equipped with smoke and vape detection sensors integrated into the noise monitoring system. These devices alert us to potential violations, ensuring our smoke-free policy is upheld

    Enforcement Process: Our cleaners report any signs of smoking immediately, followed by a secondary inspection to confirm and document the issue. The incident is then reported to the booking platform without delay

    QUIET HOURS

    Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

    All outdoor activities must move indoors at 10:00 PM

    Please turn off any outdoor string lights during quiet hours

    Events and parties are strictly prohibited at all of our properties. This is our company policy, part of the local ordinance, and part of your booking site’s policy.

Nice, clean home with plenty of room to spread out for 2 couples and a friend. Great communication. Kitchen very well-stocked. We enjoyed this place and loved the very close proximity to the Bethel Church conference we attended. Would stay again. Highly recommend!
