“Booking a room was misleading because the picture of the room wasn’t the room we were put in , wasn’t told we could order a cooked breakfast, wasn’t told that they had a smoking area, overall the room was very clean , the bed and bedding was spotless, we had tea , coffee and biscuits in room , bathroom was spotless which was very appreciated”

“Hotel is near the Jubilee campus but not near city centre. Clean and big room and staff was helpful. We had to pay for carpark at £6 per day. There used to be free carpark before this. It would be good if hotel guests are given free carpark like before as the price of the hotel stay is not cheap.”

“We did not receive the service we paid for. There is no 24/7 front desk as advertised. During the whole of our one night stay we did not see a single member of staff. On arrival, we communicated with a man via the doorbell and were told a code to open the door and then another code to retrieve our keys from a cupboard. “In general all was great,greeted on arrival,told what facilities were available & if we needed anything, only needed to ask.As we were a family of 3,1 person had to sleep on the sofa/futon bed.This wasn't comfortable at all as it had no additional matress/layer for comfort,therefore you could feel the metal bars beneath your body.In the room it's self there's nowhere to place your clothes,no means of hanging facilities for the duration of your stay only coat hooks.In the bathroom albeit it's...
