My stay at the crab shack was totally awesome!It was super clean and relaxing.I’d recommend it to anyone traveling or in town to fish for sure..The coffee bar is extremely well stocked with lots of different choices The location is close to everything.

i am very with my stay again:) My family has been traveling to oregon since i was a kid, This makes my 2nd time staying here and every time i have enjoyed it! I live the fact that the host is very nice, accommodating, understanding and last and very most very friendly! The house is pet friendly which i need cuz i take my babies everywhere i go:) clean property, more than enough parking if youre party has several vehicles:) overall 5/5 i will be back to the crab shack again:)

House was okay. It is an old house with things that need addressed. Sink faucet rattles when shower is being used. Sink cabinet door needs fixed. Hot tub not in use. Everything else was fine.

It's super cute and very decorated. Tripping hazards: 1. Transition from living room to dining room 2. Transition from laundry room to kitchen Water hammering: Came into the house, the dishwasher was running when this happened. My husband went to turn the water on to relieve the pressure and we both got a water shower we didn't expect from the pressure of the sink water. Then in the evening we turned the shower on it started water hammering. In the middle of the night when flushing the toilet made the same noise. Black mold in bathroom on wall above the mirror. Bunk bed makes noise every time we moved while sleeping. The mattress bows in the middle, had to move mattress to the floor to get any sleep. Hot tub is dirty and over chrolinated as it burned my eyes while in it. There was sand in it and when we got out there was dirt and debris on my skin inside my swim suit. We liked that there is places to walk like restaurants, the bay, a market and a shop.

Wayne was an excellent, helpful and understanding host helping us to arrange to rebook at the last moment due to the tsunami warning along the coast. We're looking forward to planning out next trip to the coast soon and our stay.

We loved our little cozy cottage and the host was great too! He gave us great suggestions on where to go when the weather was rainy and we wanted to sight see from the shore. The house was perfect for our family of 4 plus 2 dogs.

Stopped here for one night on an extended road trip. The cottage easily accommodated our family, and we appreciated the host's recommendation for a delicious dinner. We all had fun discovering all of the crab-themed decor, kitchen gear and collectibles.

Absolutely loved the property! Had a lot of character and charm. Hosts were very welcoming and things on the property were set up nicely and thought out for guests to have many memorable experiences. Would definitely return!

We enjoyed our visit at the Cozy Crab Cottage. The decor was fun and the house is decorated very cute. It had everything we needed. Wayne was incredibly helpful and offered suggestions for charter services, hikes, dining, etc. He was very quick to respond and very attentive to our needs. The hot tub was nice and the fenced yard was great for our pets.

What a cute place!

This place is located in a great area for lots of things to do in Winchester Bay. Super fun crab theme! It was indeed cozy! The hot tub came in handy after spending the day at the beach! My husband and I spent our five-year anniversary here and can’t wait to come back!

Quality Family Time

Came for a family crabbing weekend and to get all my kids and grandson under one roof. Didn't catch any crab but had a great relaxing time. The hosts commitment to making sure we have everything we needed was amazing.
