Our comfortable apartment, with a cozy atmosphere and free Internet access (Wi-Fi), was furnished with great care. It is located on the outskirts of Regen, in the hiking paradise of the Bavarian Forest, just 15 km from the Bavarian Forest National Park. <br>With a large, sunny terrace and a magnificent view of the spa town of Regen, including Weissenstein Castle, Rachel, Geisskopf, and the surrounding mountains. <br>A home offering numerous recreational and hiking opportunities.<br>The non-smoking apartment with bread service is 55 square meters. It offers comfortable amenities with many little extras, as well as great value for the money!<br>Includes daily newspaper and guest newspaper service.<br>The living room, with hardwood floors, features a large living room set, a complete seating arrangement, a radio with CD player, and a flat-screen satellite TV.<br>The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric stovetop and oven, a refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment, kitchen utensils, coffee, and a dinner set for 6 people, as well as a drip coffee maker. Also included are a bread slicer, range hood, toaster, water and egg boiler, blender, as well as cleaning supplies and dish towels.<br>The bedroom, with hardwood floors, features a large closet, a double bed with comfortable mattresses, and in the summer, Winter comfort-size duvets (155 x 220 cm), a dresser, a large mirror, a clock radio, and two nightstands are also provided. <br>For families with young children, a crib with all necessary accessories and a high chair are available.<br>The shower/bathroom features a three-door mirror, one cabinet, one hand mirror, one hair dryer, toilet paper, a shower, and towels. A bathroom stool is available upon request.<br>Private entrance with a coat closet. <br>The large, sunny, covered terrace—approximately 30 square meters—features comfortable seating areas and invites you to unwind. Relax. <br>On hot summer days, our guests particularly appreciate the pleasant temperature inside the apartment, as well as the balmy evenings on the terrace.<br>Bed and Breakfast: Table linens, hand towels, bath towels, dish towels, toilet paper, bathroom stools, and welcome drinks are included in the price.<br>End-of-stay cleaning is free for stays of 4 nights or more.<br>For stays of up to 3 nights, a fee of €20.00 will be charged for final cleaning!<br>For 1 pet (upon request), depending on the type and size, a one-time fee of approximately €5.00–€10.00 will be charged for final cleaning. <br><br>Recreational activities can be enjoyed in the relaxing natural surroundings along the Rain River and the Black Rain Trails.<br>The Kurpark, with its cafés, ice cream shops, and restaurants along the Rain River, the outdoor pool, and Weißenstein Castle with the Glass Forest are all just a few minutes’ drive away.<br>The Regen River is considered one of the most beautiful rivers for hiking; canoeing down the Regen River through nearly untouched nature is an unforgettable experience and a true delight for nature lovers.<br>Regen is a modern town with specialty shops, a large shopping center featuring approximately 5,000 square meters of retail space, around 30 stores, numerous parking lots, various pharmacies, and supermarkets (open Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.),, Bavarian delicacies.<br>In the Bavarian guest towns, Greek restaurants and dive bars. The pizzerias serve delicious and hearty international and seasonal specialties.<br>Many top destinations are accessible from our house in 10 to 60 minutes.<br><br>
