This magnificent villa with swimming pool is located in the heart of the Tuscan countryside. It consists of a main building on three floors, which can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, and an annexe for a further 4 guests.
This luxurious and spacious villa is located in the heart of the Florentine Chianti region, just 7 km from Incisa Val d'Arno. Surrounded by a picturesque landscape of hills and vineyards, the villa is immersed in the greenery and tranquillity of the countryside.
At the same time, it is conveniently located close to the town. Leccio, with all the shops for daily needs, is only 3 km away, while the charming villages of Figline Valdarno and Reggello are 10 km away.
The 320 m² villa is a typical Tuscan country house and has been tastefully restored, preserving the typical features of this beautiful region, such as the wood-beamed ceilings, the decorative ornaments and the huge fireplace in the main room.

Outside, the garden houses a large saltwater swimming pool (14 x 6 m, depth 140 cm), which can be heated on request (extra charge), equipped with hydro-massage jets on the pool steps, a furnished solarium and gazebo, a dining area with table and barbecue, and a changing room with WC, shower and sauna.

On the ground floor there is a large common room with stone walls, a large dining table, fireplace and sofas, a spacious fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, espresso machine, kettle, toaster) with grill and pizza oven and a bathroom. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
The first floor is accessible via an external staircase from the courtyard or directly from the back of the villa without stairs, which is convenient for persons with mobility difficulties. The floor consists of a spacious living room with a large fireplace, a living room with TV and an elegant dining table, a small fully equipped kitchen (oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, espresso machine, kettle, toaster), a WC, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
On the second floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, another double bedroom and a large bathroom with shower.
Next to the pool is the dependance, a small flat with living room, kitchenette, dining area, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
