“THE PROPERTY IS IN A GREAT LOCATION, THE PROBLEM IS THAT COMUNICATION IS TERIBLE AND IT TAKES A LOT OF TIME TO FIX PROBLEMS, AND THE ANSWER THAT WE GOT FROM ONE OF THE STAFF LAKS OF ANY CONGRUENCE, THE CLEANING IS ONLY WITH ONCE A WEEK, AND THEY DONT ADVERTISE THAT THEY DONT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING, IT WAS THE WORST TIME 86F AND THE STAFF JUST SAID OPEN A WINDOW, IT WAS HOT AS HELL”

Check-in was a pain, especially since the required information required email access, and there was no staff. Asking to enter passport details in view of everyone in the lobby, with no privacy, is not ideal.”

“It’s a fabulous apartment, just ten minutes from the Hbf and Dom and round the corner from the start of the shopping districts. It’s swanky and stylish and the bed is very comfortable. But a couple of things could be improved on: there’s no light over the bathroom sink (it’s behind you) which means basically shaving in the dark; the kitchen sink tap never once ran hot; and there’s sometimes too much style over substance - instead of plates and bowls, there’s a big, designer globe which stacks...
