“Wir bekamen anstatt einem Doppelzimmer ein Einzelzimmer und eine falsche Karte beim Self Check in. Es konnte uns keiner am Telefon weiterhelfen und es war nicht möglich das Zimmer zu tauschen. Sowas geht gar nicht. Wir mussten mit nur Decke zu zweit in einem Bett schlafen und dann bekommt man am nächsten Tag an der Rezeption nicht mal einen Teil des Geldes retour, sondern muss hoffen, dass man aufgrund eines Beschwerdemails einen Teil des Geldes erstattet bekommt.”
