“Staff are excellent”

“I was arriving late from Korea. Checked my husband in at Royce since it’s close to Clark, so he can pick me up. We stayed one night in the new area of Royce. I was impressed how our room was comparable to some US hotels. Also, parking was free & easy. Was not able to try the Casino & pool. Breakfast buffet was good.”

“Staffs are very friendly. Restaurant is open until midnight. The only things I didnt like in the room we stayed in is the electric outlet, most sockets are not usable in the bathroom and the vanity. I had to use the only working outlet in the kitchen to plug the hair dryer. Plus the night is alive in this area where you can hear loud music until past midnight. If you are the night owl type. That'll be ok but if you want to go to bed early please bring your earplugs.”

“Enjoyed my stay at Carousel hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff were attentive and thorough. Room was modern and comfortable. Air conditioning, safe and smart TV worked well. Only negative was stairs and no elevator. A little difficult with luggage. Overall, excellent stay!”
