“Our stay here was wonderful! The property is gorgeous, so much space to spread out for our yearly family vacation (32 of us!). The kitchen is amazing!! You’ll have anything and everything you would need to cook. The pool was great for the kids, the deck outside overlooking the pond is a great spot to relax with a drink and snacks. Communication with the owner was quick and easy, it was clean and really had everything we needed to enjoy hanging with our family. Highly recommend!!”

“Came up for our annual golf trip, house was great! Plenty of room for our group. The house had everything we needed, just wish we had better weather to take advantage of the outdoor setup. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a nice peaceful getaway.”

“I rented this for 3 weeks. Michael was a great contact and is very quick to respond when you have a question. We didn’t spend a lot of the days in the house and we were exhausted when we got there each night, but it was a fun place to hang out in the evenings. Thanks for a great stay.”

“This was a great location to Mt. Sunapee! Kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, and house was warm. Could use TV instructions, as remotes did not function. We enjoyed 4 nights, pretty low maintenance family, spent most of our time snowboarding. We brought our dog, and she loved it as she found a toy and we forgot to pack her one!”

“We had a lovely stay at the King Hill Cottage, and loved being so close to the cute town of New London. The house had everything we needed, the layout was perfect for three generations of family, including a little loft and hang out space underneath that our toddler absolutely loved (and claimed as "his loft!")
