“The room didn't have air conditioning or a mini bar as advertised. On the first day they refused to serve dinner because we arrived 15 minutes before the restaurant closed. On the last night, the room was not cleaned. Unluckily, a glass fell into the bathroom sink, which was already cracked, breaking it. They forced us to pay for the damage. The level of the hotel doesn't correspond to 4 stars! Very disappointed. ”

“We used the hotel as a base as we had family in nearby village. So the hotel was nearest to them. The staff and facilities were good. The fridge in our room did not work. although we did not report it as thought it was how the fridge’s are in this country. The side of the hotel we was on in Room 901 there was a nightclub (seems only open Friday,Saturday &Sunday) music pumping out till 5am which made 2 nights for us no sleep. We left on Sunday. Overall good but would not want rooms on 901...
