“The Inn is beautiful and it's like going back in time but with the all amenities. We had the best dinner in the dining room. The rooms was beautiful and comfortable. The staff was helpful and the owner helped us (and other guests) during breakfast the next morning with a map and where to got to next. Great information. We will return someday for sure!”

“We were in need of some down time and this place was exactly what we needed. Such a beautiful location. It was only steps away from a rock beach where we spent a great deal of our time beach combing and surprisingly had the whole place to ourselves. We had our dog with us so this made it wonderful for him as well. He also loved making friends with the owners dog. We loved it here and hope to return one day. ”

“Lovely property with a spectacular view. Your home was even nicer in person. All 5 of us found our beds very comfortable. With windows open you could hear the waves when falling asleep. Great to have 5 bedrooms, one each of us in our group. We will return next summer to stay longer. Thank you ”

“We had such a wonderful stay at this cute cottage! The location is absolutely perfect—right by the water. Each night we fell asleep with the windows open, listening to the soothing sound of the waves after enjoying a relaxing soak in the wood-fired hot tub. The onsite staff were lovely and went out of their way to share some of their favorite local spots to visit in Nova Scotia, which made our trip even more special. “Great property, great host”

“The cabin and location is awesome! We loved the salt water hot tub. The first night we added wood and didn’t check the temperature and it was too hot to go in. So we went in the next morning. The cabin needs pot holders but we got away with using a tea towel to pull hot pans out of the oven. Love the view from the cabin of the ocean. And the upstairs view was also so beautiful!!! A problem we had is waiting for a staff meeting to be done to rent the kayaks and bikes. The office was supposed to...

“The cottage was comfortable and well set up. We will definitely consider going back: it's a great distance for a weekend getaway from Halifax, and the amenities are nice (that sauna!). The only issue we found (because we went to curl up and read books together!) was that the lighting in the main space was not great: a couple of floor lamps would have been great. ”
