“Digby Pines is an architectural gem, and the building and its common spaces harken to a time when details mattered. Unfortunately, the building's current owners still need to put significant investments into the property and rooms, despite having purchased the complex for a song from the Province (and its taxpayers). The back exterior shows significant weather/vine staining on the stucco, with damage to the stucco around some of the bay windows. Heat pumps are a welcome addition for climate...

“Nice bed & lots of room. We had to carry our suitcases up a long flight of stairs. Staff did offer help. Coffee marker broke down. Furniture looked good but was poor quality. Restaurant down stairs serves very good food with a 10% discount for guests. ”
