“We enjoyed this location for a Thanksgiving trip to see Philadelphia and local family. Check in and out was smooth. Recently rehabbed property, was very clean with quiet neoghbors. We had an issue with a doorknob and the owner came to fix it within hours of reporting it. The only difficulty was finding street parking later in the evening, but it was easy to find during the day. We rode the bus a couple times and walked every day, which helped us find local coffee & pie shop, murals, cheesesteak...

“A quiet getaway near the heart of University City, this home was a perfect jumping off point for exploring Philly and getting our son set up for a month-long program at Penn, just a short walk away. It was hot during our stay, but we slept cool inside and still very much enjoyed the gorgeous, shady garden. Our host Ivy was very helpful and responsive. We would love to return!”

“Had a wonderful time and host was very responsive to any needs we had. Great location, everything a walk or Uber ride away. Spent as much as if we had rented a car but didn't have to deal with the parking. ”

“My mom and I were traveling for a wedding and decided to book here. What a lovely updated row home! Spacious for the two of us, with two nice sized bedrooms. The decor is lovely and the location was absolutely perfect for us. Super walkable part of town with easy access to get around. Place was very clean and comfortable. We’ve already said that we’ll be back the next time we come to visit family. Thanks for a wonderful stay! ”
