“Clean and affordable no frills apartment. Pictures and listing was accurate. Instructions made the unit easy to find, but would’ve benefited from a building number and unit numbers. “The property was clean and spacious. We liked the large TV and that it was very close to the MFL train station, so we could get around easily. There was water damage on the bedroom ceiling that was an eyesore. Also, it would have been nice to have a microwave in the kitchen. Overall, though, we did enjoy our stay at Urban Chic Apartments.”

“We stayed in this spacious 3-bedroom apartment located in the Belmont section of Philadelphia. The property was exactly as pictured—clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Having a private entrance was a nice bonus, and the amount of space really worked well for our group.The host was communicative and checked in throughout our stay, which we appreciated. “My husband, aunt, and I came to visit my son in Philly for a week. This was a nice apartment. I love that it had two bathrooms. It had a washer and dryer. Not a lot a cooking utensils, but that wasn’t a big deal. Our host was very punctual with answering questions. Also beware you have to walk up a flight of stairs to your unit. Not an accessible apartment. Overall we enjoyed our stay.”

“Great duplex loft in a great location in Fishtown. Lots of food walkable restaurants and bars. Be aware, there are a total of 2 flights of stairs - one for the inside loft door, and another to reach the bedroom. Al’s a great host and very attentive! ”
