“En la recepción muy mal porque a pesar de haber ya cancelado mi estadía y tener el número de reserva de Hotels.com no me querían dejar hacer el check in porque su sistema tenía problemas y no figuraba en él la reserva. Fue necesario esperar como 45`, llamar a Hotels.com, que ellos llamaran al hotel e insistieran para que me dejaran hacer el check in. Muy mal comienzo.”
“The phone to the hotel was out of order, and their email address also doesn’t work (or at least no one ever responded). So, I was never able to get the shuttle to come pick me up, and I had to rebook with another hotel. Feels very scammy - my booking was also non refundable… big waste of $100!”
“Magnifico hotel, situado frente al mar en una zona tranquila, donde puedes pasear sin problemas por el paseo marítimo. Puedes atravesar por la calle en la que está la St Mary Cathedral y acceder caminando al Harbourside, una zona con varios restaurantes, como el Asia aromas y un pequeño centro comercial.
El hotel tiene un restaurante muy rico y una cafeteria muy buena en la q puedes desayunar si no quieres coger el desayuno buffet q ofrece el hotel. Tiene muchos tipos de habitaciones....
“We loved that you could relax and totally switch off in such a devine setting and location. The staff were awesome and very polite and friendly. Melissa and the dive team were out of this world great and the diving itself was sensational. Highly recommended place to visit, would go back in a heart beat.”
