Despite immediately flagging nobody turned up to take a look until 10 minutes before we were due to check out. Less of an issue, but if you pay a supplement for kids to stay, the very least you expect is that the kitchen is equipped for 4 people not 2. ”

“En general regular. Lo más grave es que reserve un tipo de apartamento y me dieron otro de menor precio. El lugar no estaba completamente limpio, no hay recepción sino en unas horas muy limitadas lo cual impide un reclamo en cualquier momento. los elementos como cafetera y horno son muy viejos... algunos elementos de la cocina ya no funcionan como el abrelatas...etc. etc... muy regular para el precio.”

“The host never messaged me at all about check in details, when I got there I messaged and called them they never answered. Even verbo tried calling them no answer. So I was left stranded there with no where to stay, and had to figure out other accommodations. They had to cancel for me and I never heard from this person at all. Hope someone else has a better experience then I did. ”

“Nice rooms, if you get a suite. I was there in January and it was neither open nor closed. No room service and breakfast is apparantly available but I was charged for it and it was left outside my room for hours so it was cold and unsanitary. If a hotel charges you for breakfast, the least they should do is inform you it is sitting on a tray in the hallway. Out of the 43 hotels I have stayednin last year the staff knock on your door to tell you it is there so I waited another hour and called...

“Fantastic. Nice room in a quiet area near the University, easily walkable to the city center. The little courtyard must be great in the warmer months. Room was clean, has air conditioning (though I mostly used the heating settings!) and the bed is very comfortable. I really appreciated the kitchen with a fridge and all the equipment I needed for my breakfast. Recommend!”
