“The property suited us in that we were three families with two young children. The staff at Harcourts were exceptional. When a problem came up, they were there to solve it very quickly. The house needs some serious TLC with the cushions on the front porch cleaned and the back screen door fixed. The barbecue is great but the kitchen stove is marginal. There was a great supply of essentials such as oil, salt, sugar etc. The house would be greatly improved by having an indoor table to sit at and...

“Great amount of room, little disappointed in cleaning of place, fridge not wiped out, half bags of ice in freezer. Outside patio areas quite dusty and leaves upstairs 2 nd floor. Needs more wine glasses. Overall we really enjpyed our stay.”

“Our room was pretty average, the bathroom has no fan, shower door did not close well so water was liking to the floor and making a mess. Housekeeping limited to making beds not cleaning or disposing of rubbish. The wifi password was not updated and the TV control remote did not work so we had to contact the manager who was very quick and helpful. ”
