“Room smelled a bit musty. Spa bath was lovely, bed was comfortable. We were told at check-in, our room was not ready and we would be phoned when it was. This didn't happen and when we went back to reception the key was handed over with no apology 🙄. A bit annoying when you cant check-in till 3pm and you check out at 10am. ”
