  • Cute two bedroom plus a loft beach cottage. One mile from the rehoboth boardwalk and 1 block from the main access to Rehoboth. Take the provided wagon and walk to the beach.
    This property has a fenced in yard, perfect for the kids and dogs to play. Enjoy the outdoor deck and shower. Relax on the front porch
    The house has 2 bedrooms and a loft. There is a combined living and dining area. The 2 bedrooms are located on the first floor.
    In an effort to keep our rental rates reasonable, we ask you to bring your own sheets and towels to this property. A contact number for a local sheet rental business will be provided with our check in information.

This is an excellent house for a small family with dogs. The fully fenced yard and large, sunny deck provided hours of enjoyment outside. The distance from the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk was a very short drive or a 20 minute walk. The neighborhood is quiet and residential. We would definitely stay here again!

This is my second time staying at this property and I hope not my last. Perfect sized property for a smaller group, fenced yard for the canine friend, and excellent communication with an accommodating host.

Great location near Breakwater Trail and walk into town. Private, quiet, great porches and relaxing. Would like to stay there again.

Lovely off-season Christmas in Rehoboth

Great location for an off-season visit to the beach. Right off of Rehoboth Ave, the property was comfortable, cozy, and everything we were looking for to have a quiet Christmas getaway. The fenced in yard was wonderful for our dog.

Spring break

Overall a great cozy house, very clean and nicely furnished. The property is great for dogs, or small kids and there is plenty of parking. Close enough to walk to the boardwalk or downtown to get something to eat. Or a quick trip to Route 1 and the outlets. Would definitely book this home again!

Winter getaway at the beach!

We very happy staying in the cozy cottage. Dining was a short drive. Normally we would walk but with freezing temps we couldn't. This was our second stay here and we feel very comfortable at this place.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at this house! It is located in a quiet neighborhood and is easy to get to the beach and other amenities. The yard is big and fenced in, perfect for your dog to enjoy! The house itself is nicely decorated and plenty spacious for a small family. Two full bathrooms and an outdoor shower to wash the sand off before going inside. Plenty of dishes and silverware to go round. We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again!
