With room for up to 7 vehicles, a true premium jackpot in Dewey Beach, your entire group can arrive stress-free and leave the cars behind for the rest of the stay. Nestled on a quiet street between Dewey and Rehoboth Beach, this charming single-story home offers an unbeatable location just 2 blocks from the ocean and 3 blocks from Rehoboth Bay. Perfect for families, multi-generational groups, or friends, this fully air-conditioned ranch features an accessible layout with absolutely no stairs to navigate. It is efficiently designed to comfortably sleep up to 12 guests across 4 private bedrooms, including a master with a king bed, a second bedroom with a queen and twin, a third room with two sets of bunk beds, and a fourth room with a full bed.
    Beach life is lived outdoors, and this is where the property truly shines with a massive outdoor footprint that effectively doubles your usable living space. Easily rinse off the salt and sand in our fully enclosed, oversized outdoor shower after a day in the waves. Gather on the large paver patio for evening drinks or grill seafood dinners alongside a privacy fence, beautifully illuminated with overhead string lights. When you move inside, you can sink into the oversized couches to enjoy your favorite movies with expanded cable and high-speed Wi-Fi. You will find all the amenities needed in the fully stocked kitchen, which features a bonus mini fridge so your group has dedicated space for cold drinks and water. A full-sized, front-loading washer and dryer are also available right off the kitchen for your convenience.
    The surrounding area makes exploring effortless. Walk just steps to Fifer’s Farm Market Café for your morning coffee and gourmet beach sandwiches. Great place to rent

Shawn made everything extremely easy for us and the place is in walkable distance to the beach. Great getaway spot if you want to escape life for a bit. Very satisfied with our stay

Great little house

Perfect property for a large group with plenty of sleeping arrangements and three full showers. We had 8 for a girls trip and enjoyed the short walk to beach and restaurants.

Amazing stay

The listing does not do this place justice....it is absolutely AMAZING!!! The location was perfect to the beach and restaurants/bars. The house is so well kept and decorated. I would def stay here again!

This house was the perfect size and had everything we needed for our group of 5. Short and easy walk to the beach with a crosswalk to cross 4 lane street. I would definitely stay here again!

College Senior week

Our stay was incredible. My 11 friends and I came and we loved our whole stay. We were able to walk to the beach no problem, grill dinner together, and sleep comfortably! Shawn responded so fast with any quick answers we needed. We are thinking about coming back soon!

This house was perfect for a family vaction. The house comfortably fit our two families for a total of 8 people. The location was walking distance to restaurants and activities while maintaining a quiet neighborhood feel. The beach was a quick walk away and the outdoor shower and patio made life so much easier when returning. Everything we could have needed was available.

Perfect Location

This is our 3rd summer staying at this house. The owner, Shawn has been outstanding with all communications etc. This house is in a great location and only a couple blocks from the beach. Would def stay again for sure.

Family beach getaway

Vacation house was cute and more spacious than I thought it would be. For the most part it was clean. The rental was centrally located in walking distance of the beach and restaurants which was very nice. My family and I would consider renting this rental again.

Great beach house

Perfect location. This was our 2nd time staying at this house. My boys all loved it. Shawn was quick to reply and excellent with all communications. I am so glad we found it and hope to stay again next summer.

Perfect house for a beach get away! Easy walk to the beach as well as the Dewey beach bars and restaurants. The house was very clean and up to date. We loved the outdoor patio area. Perfect for sitting out and socializing. The kitchen was well equipped making cooking/eating in a breeze. A ton of beds that was perfect for our group of friends but would also work great for a few couples & kids. Outdoor shower and hose was convenient for clean up after the beach. Highly recommend this home for your next beach stay!

Great location and home

Easy walk to the beach, even with small children. Close many nearby activities. Owners were quick to respond when I had a question before we checked in. House was clean and had enough space for our group of 11. Kitchen was well stocked with just about everything you might need.

Awesome Beach Getaway!

Wonderful property and location. The owner is courteous and kitchen is well-stocked with pots/pans, etc. so we could save a little money by cooking for our kiddos at the beach house instead of eating out as much. The outdoor shower comes in handy after a dip in the ocean! The Fifer’s Market nearby has yummy donuts and farm-fresh produce, too. This is our second summer trip here in a row! We love it here!

Quick Trip to the Beach

With a plethora of options down by the Delaware beaches to choose from, if this charming home comes up in your search … BOOK IT! Shawn and Megan are great hosts and keeps you informed of what there is to do each day. The property itself is lovely, spacious, and such a quick walk to the beach. Fifers Market is across the street for grabbing a quick breakfast and most of the other restaurants are about a 5-10 mins walk away. Would definitely look for future dates.

Great location and size!

The house was really nice, had plenty of dishes, platters and pots/pans to make meals at home. Walking distance to downtown Dewey restaurants and a quick drive to anything else you might need. Beach was a few blocks away and the outdoor shower came in handy, especially with a toddler. Grill was a little outdated and burned unevenly. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and it was the perfect place for what we needed.

Best House for Our Family!

Our family loved Shawn's house! It's closer to the beach than I thought. The market across the street could not be more convenient. It's an easy walk to downtown Dewey and short drive to Rehoboth. The house is spacious with 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms, which greatly reduced the fighting between our kids. We will definitely be back!
