GREAT house with everything you could ask for while staying there. Only issue was the walk was closer to 25 minutes to the beach but it was a small price to pay for great comfort at the house

Unit was as described. Location was great as mile from Rehoboth beach yet quiet. Bakery 50 ft away was bonus! Cinnamon buns highly recommend with your coffee Will consider again if we return in the future.

Our house was very clean with a well-stocked kitchen. Doug, our host, was very responsive and communicated everything we needed! It was also nice to have a parking area because our truck didn’t fit in the garage.

What a perfect place in a perfect location! My husband and I traveled for my 46th birthday with a group of close friends, and it was ideal for the 8 of us - not only did we each get our own room and bathroom, but the living and dining areas were spacious for gathering, and best of all - we could easily walk to the beach/boardwalk/Rehoboth Ave restaurants/bike trails, which gave us all independence to both come together and do our own things as needed. The communication with Doug was superb, the house instructions were clear, and the place truly had all we needed to be comfortable for a week's stay. I've been coming to Rehoboth for my birthday since my 20s, and this is by far the best value place I've stayed - reasonably priced, convenient to everything, and all the amenities our group could want. Can't wait to hopefully return next summer!

This property was beautiful, well kept, and in a fantastic location. The owners were friendly and respectful during each conversation that I had with them, and that goes a long way. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will 100% rent from them again.

All the amenities were in great condition. The host responded quickly to our questions. Having to supply our own blankets made packing our car a little more challenging, but we enjoyed our stay.
