Located on the south end of Broadkill Beach, this spacious two bedroom property faces the sandy beach just a few steps from the front door. To the back of the property is your own private dock for crabbing ,fishing and kayaking . Come stay and enjoy our beautiful suite!

This apartment is a 2 bedroom in-law suite on the first floor of our home. The spacious bedrooms feature 2 twin daybed and 1 queen size bed. Each bedroom has access to the back deck with amazing views of the wildlife refuge. The bathroom is equipped with a oversized shower with grab-bars. There is also a small, fully equipped eat-in kitchen. It's a great place for that first cup of coffee in the morning or a sunset dinner! Unlike many beach homes, there are only about 6 steps to walk up to this first floor reteat.

We do reside in the property, so Captain Steve is available to share his knowledge of the local fishing & crabbing. Bobbie will certainly assist with any questions about some of the best local restaurants and activities, including her favorite spa. If you have any questions, please let us know!
