  • Welcome to Lee’s Pointe — a cherished family retreat for three generations.

    This spacious home offers the perfect blend of comfort, location, and classic beach-town charm. With 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, two inviting common living areas, a game room, and a garage, there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy time together.

    The home is set on a large, fenced-in yard with beautiful views of Silver Lake, providing both privacy and scenic surroundings. The main living space is located on the second floor, offering stunning lake views and an abundance of natural light — an ideal gathering spot after a day at the beach.

    Location truly can’t be beat. You’re just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk, as well as Rehoboth Avenue, with its shops, restaurants, and entertainment. A nearby park and a new elementary school feature playgrounds, tennis/pickleball courts, and basketball courts, and there’s even a basketball hoop right in front of the house for added fun.

    Small to medium-sized dogs are welcome, so the whole family can come along. Please be sure to include the pet fee when making your reservation.

    We look forward to sharing Lee’s Pointe with you and hope it becomes part of your family’s vacation traditions, just as it has been for ours.

It's a wonderful spot, and we'd look forward to staying again. Not only is the house clean and well-organized, the owners have done all of the "little things" that make it 1) a perfect spot for a getaway, and 2) when you stay there you want to take care of the place as if it were your own. What fun!

We really enjoyed this house and the location. Being on the lake, with the awesome decks and private lot was a nice shady break from the sun. The walk to the beach is not long, but we found that driving one car with all the toys and chairs was helpful (parking permit available with house). Being so close to two great playgrounds was also ideal. The house was clean and well stocked with toys, books and beach gear. Owners were very responsive to every question we had.

This was my family’s 4th stay in this house. Top notch rental. Beautiful, peaceful location - walk to ocean or downtown or stay home and enjoy the lake house. Pet friendly, too. Super tasteful and clean with too many amenities to mention. Owners are easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!

Great location to take a short walk to the beach or the boardwalk. Fully fenced yard is prefect when traveling with dogs. Second year in a row visiting, house has everything you could possibly need. Ted and Emily are great communicators and perfect hosts. Thank you for opening your lovely home.

A wonderful little getaway to Lee’s Pointe! Location is perfect for walking the boardwalk or to town, and being on Silver Lake was so serene and beautiful! We loved looking out and seeing all different types of birds (Ospreys and Ducks being our favorites) along with the turtles. House was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Owners were very responsive and kind. We’ll be back for sure!

This was my best VRBO stay yet! Beautiful property - private, lake-front, comfortable. We had the best of both worlds - Fall colors and lake-front at the house, and just a stone's throw to the beach, boardwalk, and downtown. I would love to stay here again!

We LOVED our stay at this lovely home. The views are spectacular and the location was wonderful. Easy walk to the beach, to the shops and restaurants and even to the Dewey Dunk on New Year’s Day.The beds were super comfortable as was the living space. The owners have thought of everything and were extremely responsive and helpful.We were so happy to be able to bring our dog and loved being able to let her out in the fenced yard before we were awake enough to walk her.HIGHLY recommend.
