Come and experience this beautifully designer decorated 3-story villa in the Sailside community of The Peninsula. The (3) levels are ideal for multi-family vacations.

The 1st floor features a brightly decorated bunk room with (2) sets of twin bunks and an attached full bath with tub. Also, on the 1st floor is a family room with a large comfortable sectional perfectly positioned to the 50" HDTV with DVD player. With the wet bar nearby, this is a great space to relax and enjoy a movie after a day at the beach. Or step just outside through the French doors to the paved patio to grill or just relax with a cocktail.

Take the stairs up to the 2 story/main level, which features an open concept living room and kitchen combination. The gourmet kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, double wall ovens and all the needed appliances. Step out the French door onto the dining porch, where there are (6) chairs for al fresco dining. In the family room, there are (2) comfortable couches and a bench to seat 8 in front of the 50" flat screen TV mounted over the fireplace. Inside the front door on the main level is the formal living area and dining room combination with attached Butler's Pantry. The living/dining area opens out through (2) sets of French doors to the front deck. There is also a 1/2 bath on this level.

On the 3rd floor, you will find (3) well-appointed bedrooms and (2) full bathrooms. The master suite features a king sized bed with a seating area around the fireplace. The master includes a five piece onsuite bathroom and an attached sleeping screened porch. The second bedroom features a queen sized bed, closet and reading chair. The third bedroom features a fun-colored room with (2) twin beds, vanity and closet. The third floor also features a full guest bath and an office/library with an attached reading porch.

Available for our guests are (5) adult bikes (2) kids bikes and a trailer to use to travel to the pool, the Bay Beach or just exploring the beautiful community. There are beach chairs and toys available for use as well. Kayaks, Stand-Up Paddleboards and additional bikes are available for rental through The Peninsula.
