  • Welcome to 23 South Rodney St!
    OVERVIEW: ONLY 200 YARDS TO THE BEACH! Welcome to North Shores. Spacious 2BR, 3BA townhouse with enclosed sunroom and lovely rear deck.
    LOCATION: North Shores is a beautiful community located just north of the boardwalk, featuring a community pool (typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day), additional parking, beach access, and tennis courts. Also, enjoy the State Park for a day at the Beaches! The community swimming pool, tennis court, and beach access to wide sandy beaches on the Atlantic are just a short walk away. The Gordon's Pond State Park is within walking distance, too. Just hop on the bike trail there and ride to Historic Lewes. There is also a community playground and a launch for kayaks or canoes.
    PARKING: Assigned parking for two cars.
    AMENITIES: The community pool, private beach, Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, washer/dryer, and electronic keypad system facilitate easy check-in and check-out.
    THINGS TO KNOW: Linens are not supplied. However, we offer a linen rental package. No pets and no visiting pets.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great family time

This was a great place for our visit. Just across the road from the beach, plenty of space for our family and included everything we needed. The rental price was very helpful in helping us receive an overnight shipment of our daughter’s medicine. Short walk to the state park and short ride to town. Really perfect location

Quiet retreat

Three girlfriends enjoyed a lovely weekend away from family stress. The location was close to the beach and short drive to the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk. The master suite was spacious with a beautiful bathroom. The kitchen was enough for our needs. The unit was spotless!! We could have used a parking pass in order to park near the dock where we could launch our kayaks. The main ceiling fan and master fan made noises that rendered them unusable. But we had enough breeze from the open windows. Which was fine to hear the ocean! All in all a good experience!

Steps inside aren’t for the faint of heart literally but overall good

Loved our time there in Rehobeth . Only complaint was that we did t realize we had to bring our own toilet paper till the middle of the night we got there and wish it had stayed more clearly the steep steps to get to all the levels

Great place to stay

Loved 23 Rodney Street. Clean and comfortable. Bedrooms are large and spacious. Large walk in shower on the third floor is amazing. Back patio was great for early morning coffee and a quick read. The pool and tennis courts were in close proximity and Tennis courts were lined perfectly for pickleball. Don't get me started on how close the beach was!!! With Gordon's pond just up the road this is a great rental in Rehoboth.

We all thoroughly enjoyed staying in this four floor property. Plenty of space to get away from the crowd and plenty of space to enjoy the crowd. The proximity to the pool and ocean are priceless. The back deck and outdoor shower were a real plus as well. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Great house, great location (obnoxious realtor instructions notwithstanding)

The actual house was well-maintained, pleasant and comfortable, in a great location, just as advertised. The messages from the management company leave a lot to be desired, they're borderline-hostile. Upon arriving, the instructions gave two different WiFi passwords, neither of which worked (though it turned out one of them was just the wrong case), and we couldn't turn on the kitchen fan (though it turned out the switch was just hiding behind an apron hanging on a wall). Both were minor issues which we were ultimately able to resolve ourselves, but we had been warned MANY TIMES in ALL CAPS that we WOULD BE CHARGED if we called ANYBODY for assistance with ANYTHING other than FIRE or MASSIVE FLOODING etc., at least until normal business hours on Monday. Which is frustrating when check-in is on Saturday and you can't figure out how to connect to the wifi. I'm guessing it's just standard boilerplate from ReMax, and for all I know if we had dared to disobey and actually contact someone, the person at the other end may have been nice. Anyway, the "welcome" materials are decidedly unwelcoming, but aside from that everything is great, we'd definitely stay there again!
