This spacious 6-bedroom, 3-bathroom, three-story home is the ideal setting for unforgettable memories with your loved ones—and your fur babies too (up to two dogs under 40 lbs are welcome with a pet fee and signed addendum). Savor your morning coffee or a sunset cocktail on the oceanfront balcony as the waves lap at the shore below. On rainy days, send the kids up to the top-floor bonus room for video games, board games, and a well-stocked library, or gather for a movie night on one of the home's seven Smart TVs. Additional comforts include an outdoor shower, screened porch, gas grill, and electric fireplace, while the gourmet chef's kitchen is ready for home-cooked feasts—though the boardwalk's award-winning casual and fine dining is also just a short stroll away.

To make your stay even easier, the owner generously provides bed linens, bathmats, kitchen towels, full bath towel sets, and a beach towel for every guest, along with paper towels, toilet tissue, trash bags, hand soap, and shower gel. Beach gear is covered too—boogie boards, beach chairs, and other essentials are all provided, so you can pack light. Stays of seven nights or more include a complimentary departure clean (a $300 cleaning fee applies to shorter stays). Since the property has no on-site parking, three Rehoboth Beach parking permits are included. Please note: no smoking is permitted on the property. Available year-round, this oceanfront gem is also the perfect home base for enjoying Rehoboth's fall, winter, and spring festivals.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.

Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date.
