RANCH BEACH home in Coastal Club, 4 BRs, sleeps 10

This beautiful and well-equipped ranch beach house is located in the stunning Coastal Club resort in Lewes just moments from the historic downtown Lewes, the Lewes Beach, and near Rehoboth Beach. The home is 2,400 square feet with 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms ALL ON THE FIRST FLOOR, and can sleep up to 10 (or 12 if you count the couches). The stunning community amenities includes indoor pool with hot tub/jacuzzi, outdoor heated infinity pool with swim-up bar, and a kid’s pool with water slide.

The space
The house was designed in mind to provide you a place of serenity with coastal home designs along with 10 feet ceilings to provide a wide-open feeling of comfort and relaxation.

The gourmet kitchen features new stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, dishwasher, disposal, refrigerator with door ice maker & water, natural gas stove and electric oven. Kitchen cookware, bakeware, utensils, and tools are provided for your delicious cooking!

The house is fully equipped including: front-load smart washer & dryer, bathroom towels, beach towels, bed sheets, pillows, blankets, hair dryers, beach chairs, and umbrellas.

There are 5 large LED Smart TVs where you can log in Netflix, Hulu, AT&T TV, etc. along with fast Wi-Fi internet service throughout the entire home.

Everything, including all bedrooms and all bathrooms, are on the first floor. The home do have a basement but it is unfinished and will be locked and inaccessible to guests.

The master bedroom have a king bed (Sealy Performance), along with 2 nightstands, 1 larger dresser, and a huge walk-in closet with a laundry hamper. You can’t ignore the stunning master bathroom with 2 Roman showers with water jets on both sides, double vanity sinks, a private linen closet, and a generous toilet space.

The other guest bedrooms have a queen bed, 2 nightstands, 1 large dresser, and a closet with hangers and a laundry hamper. However, one of these bedrooms will have 2 queen beds by the walls with 1 nightstand in between so you can bring over more family or friends. All of these guest bedrooms share the same bathroom with a linen closet.

In the back of the house is a screened patio right off from the morning room and will have patio furniture (table with chairs) becoming a great place to wind down in the evening and watching the beautiful water fountains lighting up at nighttime. And don’t forget the screened patio have a double-sided fireplace where you can stay warm and fuzzy if it gets cold outside.

You’ll also love strolling (either walking or biking) along the 3 miles of wooded walking trails and enjoy the nature — which is RIGHT THERE from the backyard of this house!

Guests will have access to the entire house. Recreational passes give you access to the resort amenities at an additional fee. (Details above in the “The Space” section)

The Coastal Club resort amenities include several pools including an year-round heated indoor pool with a hot tub/jacuzzi (5AM-10PM daily), a water park with large water slide, pirate boat, interactive splash fountains and an infinity heated outdoor pool with a swim-up bar, restaurant, tennis courts, bocce ball court, horseshoes, state of the art fitness center, clubhouse with pool tables, sports bar, indoor shuffle board and more. The outdoor pools are open from Memorial Day (or earlier when permitted) until approximately 1-3 weeks after Labor Day (when permitted). The hours for outdoor pools are varoius, but most of times, it is 10 AM to 8 PM. For everybody’s safety, the indoor pool will have 1 lifeguard and outdoor pools will have at least 3 lifeguards from 10AM to 8PM during the summertime. There are a lot of chairs surrounding the pools, but the resort will be adding more tables and more umbrellas in addition to adding fans for the tent (for shade) to keep everybody cool. As for the restaurant during the summertime, the community are looking into to add mobile tablets for food ordering to reduce long lines.

Access to the Clubhouse and these amenities requires a pass. 4 complimentary passes are included with your rental. Additional passes are purchased at an additional cost after you arrive. The cost is $75 per person for the entire week of the rental (new rule effective in 2020 by HOA). I will need the name of each person 1 week prior to your arrival. Anybody at the age of 5 or above must register; children who are under age of 5 do not need a pass but will need to be accompanied by an adult with a pass.

LINENS: We will supply everything such as mattress pads, sheets, pillows, pillow cases, blankets, and comforters, bath towels, hand wash clothes, bath cloths. You should bring your own beach towels. You can use the washer and dryer inside the home that you are welcome to use. We ask you to wash everything EXCEPT for the comforters prior to your checkout so we can focus on maximize the cleaning for our next guests.

RESERVATIONS: Minimum Reservation is 7 Nights. While the system will limit you from extending your stay past 7 nights, I’m flexible with your longer term stay (e.g. 2 weeks) as long as the checkout date falls on either Friday or Saturday to accommodate the maid cleaning service schedule. SAFETY & ACCESSIBILITY: Safety and accessibility is very important to us. For people who are deaf or hard-of-hearing, the house is equipped with strobe lights for fire & carbon monoxide alarms. The house also have a doorbell strobe (in addition to doorbell sounds) when somebody rings at the door. The master bathroom’s shower is big and can accommodate people with mobility disabilities (there is a 2 inches barrier by the shower door). At the clubhouse, all TVs in the clubhouse and the fitness center are closed captioned; sign language interpreters can be provided upon request during special events (advance notice required); all pools have lifts for people who may have a mobility disability (e.g .wheelchair user); food/drink menus are waterproof so people who are deaf or have a speech disability can communicate with staff when ordering.
