This townhouse is located less than a mile from the beach in a quiet neighborhood of The Villas of Bethany West. Located within steps of fantastic restaurants and shops. The community has a pool, playground, tennis courts and dock access to Salt Pond. From this townhouse the tennis courts and pool are steps away. With this rental you will have access to 2 adult beach cruisers, 2 kids bikes, kayak, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys.

The townhouse is recently updated and includes all kitchen appliances and even a washer/dryer that will create a comfortable stay. There is also a smart TV with login access to your favorite sites; along with cable and WiFi.

The two bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master has a queen bed with a new mattress and recently renovated bathroom. The second bedroom has beautiful views of the pond and has a twin over full bunk beds; both with new mattresses as well as a 2nd newly renovated bathroom. You will need to bring your own linens for your stay; both bed and bath linens.

Off of the back deck, there are pond-facing views, outdoor shower, outdoor seating and gas grill. This community also offers Bethany Beach Trolley stops that are an easy walk from the home.

This house is non-smoking and sorry no pet friends. Minimum renter age: 30.
