This level provides direct access to the beach, boardwalk, and outdoor shower. A spiral staircase gives you access to the 2nd level (main living space) with amazing OCEANVIEWS. You can access the 2nd level (main living space) through the front door to avoid the spiral staircase. The 2nd level is where you will find the main living area to expand your living space and open up the French doors to the balcony, which is OCEANFRONT. This balcony is perfect for dolphin-watching with your morning coffee or entertaining in the evening with a cocktail. An electric fireplace to ward off chilly nights, a sizeable SMART TV, a well-appointed kitchen, and a dining area will make you feel at home. THINGS TO KNOW: One dog under 40 lbs is permitted with a pet fee. This home rents from Saturday to Saturday. There is a small electric grill in the garage for guest use. Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental package for guests. No smoking! Please note that the VRBO service fee is charged separately by VRBO and is not imposed by the Host. As a result, your credit card will reflect two separate charges: one from VRBO for the service fee and one from the Host for the rental charges. The VRBO service fee will not appear on the Rental Agreement.
