The three-bedroom interior comes complete with all the comforts of home while the spacious screened porch offers an ideal perch for morning coffee or an evening nightcap. A convenient outdoor shower is equipped for rinsing off sandy toes and beach gear. Additional family-friendly fun awaits across the street at Cranberry Park. After the day's adventures, unwind in the living room with shows and movies on the smart TV or connect to the sound dock to relax with your favorite tunes. The full kitchen comes equipped with all the major appliances for handling home cooking with ease, plus a dishwasher for stress-free cleanup. Additional perks include free WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer. Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024712698 Things to Know There's one private parking space behind the house, ideal for compact cars and small SUVs. For larger vehicles, or if you have a second car, the owner provides one City of Rehoboth Beach parking permit for use on non-metered streets. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Perfect size for our group

We arrived and the place was ready on time. Kitchen is small but met our needs. We had plenty of rooms for 4 and it would have still been fun with 6.

Walk to the boardwalk, Walk to the beach - clean, beautiful with everything you need

This house is the ideal location with parking which is key/essential when staying near the boardwalk. It is so close to everything, but on a nice quiet street. The value of walking to everything makes it worth every penny! The home is clean, well stocked and had high quality appliances and household items!

How soon can I book for Sept 2025?

My BFF and I have been going on beach weekends for years (Rehoboth, Bethany, Fenwick, OC). This house may be our favorite of all. Perfect location, all the amenities (the PORCH), easy walk to...everything! Everything you could want for a beach getaway. Can't wait to come back.

The best sleep I’ve had in ages!

I can’t recommend this house enough! It’s in the perfect location - walkable to everything yet quiet. The bed was the most comfortable and I had the best sleep I’ve had in quiet awhile. We will definitely be back!

The property was great. Enjoyed the front patio and outdoor shower. Quick walk to beach. Good air conditioning and ceiling fans. Would definitely return.

Nice, Clean place to stay for a Weekend

This location was nice and clean, a lovely place to stay for the weekend. We were staying there with a group of 5 adults and we found it was roomy enought o accomodate us, though it might be tight if you want more privacy.The house is within easy walking distance from restraunts, the beach and the boardwalk. Once we got our parking sorted out we didnt need to drive again for the weeeknd. The only downside was that we purchased parking passes before going into the house to find that there was a season pass available inside, so maybe check with the owner close to your reservation to make sure purchasing parking for a second car is necessary.The living room was large enough for us to all hang out in and the front porch is spacious and great even in the rain.Overall great stay for the money!

It started out great,wonderful communication from the property management team. The house was very nice and clean when we got there… we started getting dinner together and realized the stove/oven was not working. The property manager sent out the maintenance man the next day they could not fix it. Never received another communication for the property management team or an alternate idea about cooking. We had a refrigerator full of food and couldn’t cook it all weekend. We had to eat out every meal. There was five of us was very expensive. It looks like the property manager on my card gave us back 20 a day, which is disrespectful.

A great little escape

Had a great stay here with our family. The location is ideal, in a quiet part of town but just a couple of blocks from the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, and shops. There is a nice park across the street and we even saw a bald eagle one day at the lake! The beds are very comfortable. The family room has a big comfortable sofa. There is a screened in porch with vinyl curtains which was comfortable. We look forward to coming back!

Basic home ,moderate price range, comfortable and clean.

Well equipped, comfortable furniture. Home was perfect for our sisters get away. Nice quiet location. Great amenities, coffee pot, fridge and range. Neighbor in backyard discouraged us from parking in the rear, probably because it was hard for her to maneuver with our car there. Off season free parking during our stay, so off street parking was fine for us. I think we may try to book this house again in the Fall.

Unbelievably great location and porch

This was our 2nd stay. Incredible location (easy walk to beach and Rehoboth Ave). LOVE the porch - could live out there alone! Nice light in the home. We never spent a minute in the living room but the couches are comfy. Nice outdoor shower, good kitchen and bathrooms. Housekeepers do a great job with a family friendly home. The one parking space is tricky to get out of but we never needed to use the car during our stay. Would definitely return again.

Had a great time staying here! Was a great location and nice bonus for us that it was halfway to Starbucks and the boardwalk! They were great shops and restaurants close by that were very easy to walk to. We didn’t have to move our car once was very nice to have fast Wi-Fi as well. Porch was very spacious and an amazing place for the entire family with plenty of seating. The family loved the shower and beds, which were so comfortable to sleep on. Was great to have two bathrooms and the door from the master bathroom directly to one bathroom was very convenient. The decor was well thought out and loved the beach feeling the home. Look forward to returning again!

Bunk Bed and Keypad

Top bunk had sand in the sheets and a piece of chewed gum on the pillow. The front door keypad was confusing to operate.

Cute beach cottage with poor management company

Let me start by saying that most of my complaints are directed at the Vacasa management company, not the owners. However, there are some things I think the owners should address... the house was nicely updated and decorated, but with wear and tear over time some things are in need of attention: many stains on the rugs, kitchen chairs, and sofas were noted. The outdoor furniture smelled bad. The extra blankets in the closet were badly stained and some were smelly. There were (food?) stains on some of the walls. Pros: HVAC was great All appliances seem new and worked well House appears to be recently renovated and has nice decor House was pretty clean (other than dish issue) Location to the beach and food was great Nice, quiet street Outdoor shower Well stocked with essentials Cons: -Upon leaving, we saw an old dish pod was left in the dishwasher meaning it probably wasn't started by the previous guests and the cleaning staff put away dirty dishes from the dishwasher, which we then used during our stay. We had noticed that many of the dishes in the cabinets had bits of food on them and did not seem clean. Disgusting! When bringing this to Vacasa's attention they responded "sorry for the inconvenience" and asked if we had started the dishwasher. When paying just shy of $2500 for a 3 night stay, I would expect better customer service than that! -There was no sheet on top bunk and comforter was left balled up -Front door was unlocked upon arrival -Stained rugs, furniture, etc.
