Great location!

We very much enjoyed our stay, the home was spacious, well decorated and matched the listing description and photos. The home is so close to both Rehoboth and Bethany which was great!

Wonderful spacious house

We had a wonderful time for our family reunion. The open kitchen and living room were spacious. The rooms and bathrooms were great for us and our kids. This is a beautiful home.

Overall very happy with our stay except a few minor inconveniences (such as no tank on grill to fill up, short on silverware). House was beautiful and clean, very comfortable and easily accommodated our large party.

property is well maintained and well supplied. Housed 2 families with kids aged 15 and up very well. overflow parking at local bank was very easy.

Great house, close proximity to the beach

The house was great! Spacious and clean. My family and I had a great time staying here. The common space was great for spending time together. The kitchen was fantastic too, fit multiple “chefs” without a problem. Once bedtime came around all of the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. A couple minutes walk from the beach was great and driving distance from the outlets! Would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Relaxing and convenient

Clean, spacious and convenient. Had a great week with the family. Great location. The house is a few blocks from the beach, a few blocks from Rehoboth and a few blocks from Dewey. The kids had fun riding beach cruisers into town and the beach. It’s more spacious inside than it appears in the pictures. The Remax team was easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend to others.

Beach House Bach

Had the best time celebrating with friends! Such a great house with a lot of bathrooms and bedrooms. Only problem was if you plan on using one of the pullout couches as a bed one doesn’t pull out properly and the other was wildly uncomfortable but all the normal beds were awesome!!

Family Vacation

House was spacious enough for our group of 14. While it was too far to walk to the beach, it was an easy drive to Dewey. It was great having a 1st floor master suite as one family member is unable to do steps. Owner was responsive when we reported a couple of issues.

The property was beautiful, even better in person than it looked online. Only negative is the linen fee. It wasn’t as up front as I would have liked, and for $200 I would have rathered paid $50 extra dollars a day on the reservation and have the linens “included” as opposed to consciously paying for them. Also for the price of the property it would have been nice to at least have a baseline of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags included. Other than that no complaints, it was a very nice property!

Great House! Exceptional Kitchen!!

Renting the property was an easy process. Plenty of room for everyone and all of our things. The kitchen is massive and exceptionally well equipped. Great front porch and patio area.

Spacious Home

A group of friends and I stayed here for New Years. It was a great find! The house is huge, with two large common areas (one on each floor) and multiple bedrooms/bathrooms. The kitchen and dining area were also very large, and comfortably fit 9 of us for meals. The communication with the property manager was also phenomenal. They were quick to answer any questions leading up to the trip, and when we could find grates for the grill when we were there, they helped out us immediately. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars for the location is because the house is fairly close to the very busy road leading into town, and the beach is a bit of a walk. Other than that, the house is a great find and I would absolutely recommend it!

Nice house!

The house was very nice and clean! We did do the linen package. Check in was very easy. Instructions were clear. We had a few minor issues but property management was very responsive which was appreciative. Only negative is that it is not really walking distance if you have young children (under 10) and a ton of stuff to the beaches.

Very nice property with excellent amenities

This was a very nice property and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We had a couple of days of spotty weather so stayed at the home and it was very comfortable and had excellent entertainment options. The kitchen was nicely appointed with good appliances and everything you would need for a fun family gathering. The walk to the beach is a little bit further than advertised if you’re walking with kids, but overall I would recommend the property.

Great house for family and young children

The house has a great layout and is open. This worked well for our family with grands ranging from 2 to 7. The kitchen area can handle multiple people within it at a time. Since my husband has a bum knee it was great having a 1st floor master bedroom. There is a little mold in the shower downstairs. Having an upstairs play area was great for the kids. The upstairs does get a bit warm. It surprises me that it wasn't zoned. Having a gas grill hooked to a gas line is a plus! The outside shower is one of the nicest I’ve seen and came in very handy when coming back from the beach. We cooked in a lot and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking pots, pans and utensils needed. There should be a rug by the back sliding door. I gave this an overall 4 star rating due to the shower mold and because there is a pigeon problem out back which is a health hazard. The pigeons roost on the roof and nest next door and poop all over the back steps. We had to daily hose off the steps it was so bad. We didn’t want anyone walking in it and bringing in the house. The distressed wood floors were a great idea and made cleanup easy with the grands. Overall we had a great time!

Family beach stay

Overall we had a great stay, but the house could have been cleaner for the price! It was advertised as “new construction” but it no longer looks new. House looked similar to the photos but all the furnishings overall appeared very very worn already. Scuff marks, stains, everywhere! The couches had a lot of stains, specially the one upstairs. The baseboards & furniture had sand/dust from the previous family that had been there. Tile showers were moldy. There were bird droppings on the porch upstairs so we never were able to sit there. The bunk beds were very wobbly and not sturdy. When we complained, they did fix the bunk beds & one of the toilets that kept running all night. We also opted for the linens & towel service. That was an additional $200 and the worst towels I’ve ever used! The house was plenty big for our group of 10. Everyone had enough space and the kitchen was stocked with everything that was needed. The location was very central and close to anything you would want/need. If it were cleaned better it would have been a better experience for us. But we still had a great time!

Great stay

Spacious and well equipped house, all as promised and pictured. No problems with check-in or the house. All bedrooms spacious, 4 TVs 15 minute walk to the beach: a quiet and relatively uncrowded section. Liquor stores and restaurants are nearby. An easy walk to both Dewey and downtown Rehoboth.
