“Check in was supposed to be by a phone call 72 hours prior, but was told to call back the day I arrived to get a key code, which was not ideal with traveling. The only heat was a portable unit. There are lots of rules about the hot tub but no instructions provided, even when I texted a request. Cabin was quite dated. WiFi password is not provided, but got it more than a day after requesting it. Definitely not worth the price.”
