“Fantastic stay. Stayed many times in a snug pod for business maybe 15 times a year. Tried a cabin for first time because the price was cheaper than normal. Amazing, shame its too expensive to do more often. Only downside was the wifi was hit and miss but overall very good”

“A lovely, bright & clean chalet, host was lovely with easy access code, WiFi code, good information in the guest folder & up to date. In the lounge & both bedrooms there were USB charges. Lovely gated entrance so our 2 JRT could access outside without thier leads on (they love a good nose to see what's going on!) I'd forgotten I'd mentioned it was our anniversary weekend away (28years) & they had left us a card & bottle of prosecco. Which was such a thoughtful touch you also get a beautiful...

“The place had everything we needed and we enjoyed the amazing pool and steam room and friendly team at the bar and spa.”

“We got immediate access to the property which was spotless and as per the advert. We received a warm welcome to the property just after arrival. The rooms are a bit smaller than the pictures make out but maybe that was our imagination. Note the shower room is inside the main bedroom. The bunks are more for children of 14 years or below, our older teenagers struggled with their length. Even though the kitchen is small it had all you needed for breakfast & lunch. “The property was nice location, on site facilities were available if wanted. Chalet nice and clean, it was chilly this easter weekend so we used the heating that was supplied. Although radiators were supplied we found the fan heater more effective. Ideal location if you're going up snowdon with only a 15 minute drive. ”

Host ignored Expedia message request for use of (non-existent) sofa bed and instead sent a direct email with door code.
