These cameras are outward facing and record sound and video when activated by motion- This single-story cabin with a loft requires exterior steps to enter; the bedroom and full bathroom are on the 1st floor- The owner occasionally stays in the cabin next door and may be present during your stay- While there is no door separating the basement from the rest of the home, it is off-limits to guests and should not be accessed at any time during your stay- This property does not have central air conditioning; however, window units are provided for guest use during the summer months- Please note that the on-site boat lift is for smaller watercraft only and cannot support a pontoon boat- All trash and recycling must be placed in the designated outdoor bins before departure
