This bright and modern 82 m² holiday home offers a comfortable stay for up to 6 guests. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully enclosed garden and practical amenities, it is a great choice for families, friends and guests travelling with dogs who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday on the Dutch coast.Living area: The spacious living room has a light and welcoming atmosphere, with a comfortable seating area and television. It is a pleasant place to relax after a day at the beach or a walk through the surrounding nature.Dining area: The dining table is located next to the kitchen and living area, creating a sociable space for shared meals, morning coffee, or quiet evenings together.Kitchen: The open kitchen is fully equipped with a cooktop, combi-microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A coffee maker and kettle are also available for fresh coffee or tea during your stay.Bedrooms: The holiday home has three bedrooms. On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with direct access to its own en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms, both furnished with 160x200 cm double beds and ample closet space.Bathrooms: There are two bathrooms. The en-suite bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a shower and sink. A second bathroom with a shower and sink is located upstairs.Toilets: Separate toilets are available on both floors for added convenience.Practical amenities: A washing machine and dryer are available in the accommodation, making the home especially practical for families, longer stays or beach holidays.Outdoor space: The fully enclosed garden offers a safe and pleasant place for outdoor living. Arrival is possible daily, except on Sundays. Weekly rentals are required during holiday periods.Full payment is required in advance.Check-in starts at 4 p.m. On departure day, the house must be vacated by 9:30 a.m., and the key must be returned to the same location where it was collected.If a baby cot is provided, please bring your own bed linen, as it is not supplied.In most cases, bed linen and towels are included. Please check your booking to confirm if this applies.Any overnight guests must be registered in advance and can only stay with approval. Additional charges for bed linen and tourist tax will apply.A maximum of 2 pets is allowed per stay.Groups of young people are not permitted.Business bookings are available upon request.

This property may not be rented by groups of individuals under the age of 25.  Families and groups over 25 years old are allowed.

Due to construction work at the park, we are offering an additional discount. There may be some inconvenience, mainly on working days. This is for the period up to June 2026 and from Sept to May 2027.
