With a surface area of 55 m² and located on the 4th floor, Ty Marie can accommodate up to 4 travellers for a business trip or a tourist visit to Rennes. Ideal for a couple, a business trip or a family of 4, you'll particularly appreciate its location, comfort and calm.

Please note that this accommodation is only available for medium-term stays (30 nights minimum).

The flat is composed as follows:
- Large living room with TV, sofa bed and dining area.
- Open, fully-equipped kitchen: microwave, hob, sink, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, etc.
- One bedroom with two single beds joined to form a double bed (160x200)
- Bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and washing machine

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the private underground car park.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Public transport: The Gare metro stop is 500 m (7 min on foot) and 900 m (5 min by car) away, where you will find metro lines A and B as well as bus lines C1, 11, 12 and C2.
- Nearest train station: Rennes train and bus station, 500 m (7 minutes' walk) and 900 m (5 minutes' drive) away.
- Nearest airport: Rennes airport 8 km away (20 min by car), Nantes airport 130 km away (1h30 by car).

- This flat is equipped with wifi connection
- Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be requested.
- Utilities are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and departure.
- An inventory of fixtures may also be carried out on arrival and departure.

In order to comply with legislation, your reservation will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease). To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents).
Unfortunately, we will not be able to give you access to the accommodation unless you sign a contract in due and proper form. This does not affect the conditions agreed via our website or via the various rental platforms.

Flexible welcome for your comfort: You have the option of being physically welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialising in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, or opting to arrive on your own. In both cases, access to the accommodation is possible from 4pm. If you choose to arrive on your own, please note that the keys are kept in a code-secured area located 550 metres from the accommodation, approximately a 7-minute walk.
