Ad pictures of this place are deceiving. Booked a premium balcony room. The picture shows it on upper floors. Lesser price balcony shows bottom floor, so actually a patio. We get there and are assigned a bottom floor room. That's not what I paid for! I was told all hotel rental rooms are 1st floor. I told them that's not what the picture in there ad shows. Was told sorry we haven't updated our ad. I asked for a manager to talk to, and was told there was no manager on duty. Was told we couldn't get a price adjustment because we reserved through Expedia. It was pretty much a middle finger to us.
A couple positives, the pool was nice, kitchen was nice, it was right across from the Reno Aces ballpark and Joanie the housekeeping supervisor was a big help!
Bottom line, very deceiving online advertising for their rooms!
