The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed, the other with two single beds that can be separated or joined as a double, depending on your preference. Perfect for couples, families, or friends. The centerpiece is the cozy open kitchen with an adjoining living area, ideal for cooking and relaxing together. From here, you can access the spacious, covered balcony offering breathtaking views of the Dolomites—perfect for relaxed breakfasts or warm evenings.

Our holiday apartments are located in a quiet area in Klobenstein on the Ritten, one of South Tyrol’s most beautiful plateaus. The Ritten impresses with its sunny location, stunning Dolomite views, and the perfect mix of nature and proximity to Bolzano, which you can easily reach by the Ritten cable car.



The house offers four lovingly furnished apartments in a particularly peaceful setting. A forest begins just behind the house, inviting you to relax and enjoy walks in nature. The area features many hiking and cycling trails, local inns, and popular attractions like the earth pyramids. In winter, sunny walking paths and a small, family-friendly ski area await you.



Each apartment has its own parking space in the underground garage. You can also safely store bicycles and skis in the house.
