We had a wonderful weekend! Tonya was a great host and the home was perfect for our family get together. Easy to find, close to the lake and all of its amenities, comfortable and clean. I appreciate it being pet friendly so that we could all get together.

Pictures do NOT do it justice, it is so much more!!! Awesome home away home!!! It was so nice to come back from the family cabin and be safe during a storm that came up. This is the place to be at Harlan County Lake. We’ll be back next year!!

This house was perfect for what we needed during our fishing trip and friend's family reunion. It was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for everyone to relax. We did run into a small issue with the oven, but Tonya responded right away and had someone out quickly to fix it. Her fast communication made a big difference. Overall, it was a great stay and we'd happily come back.

Just like home!!!

This was our second stay this summer and it felt just like home. The check in was easy and the communication was great with the host. The home is very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is fully stocked, and we were able to prepare our meals.

Fishing & Floating Vacation

The property was just as advertised. Short drive to the lake and had nice tubes for us to use on our float down the river.

Great place to stay. Check-in was flawless. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. Beds were all comfortable. Great fenced in yard. Nice sun porch . Everything was just perfect!

Weekend Family get together

It was clean, extremely accommodating, stocked exceptionally well. Wi-Fi was good. Pet accommodation was great. Couldn’t ask for more!

Great Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean. It accommodated us seven adults very well. We particularly enjoyed the sunroom and the dogs enjoyed the fenced-in backyard. The owner of the property was very friendly and helpful. The neighbors were friendly. Overall great place to stay. We definitely want to stay there again in the future.

Great Stay!!!

This property was as described. The host was available when needed and kept in contact. The home was comfortable and meet the needs of our large family. Will definitely be staying again. My husband plans to stay during hunting season.

Adorable Lake House

My friend and I wanted to get our families together like we’ve done before over Labor Day and Harlan Reservoir is the perfect place between KC and Denver. The house fit our families well. The kitchen is nicely organized and has lots of utensils, there’s plenty of couch space and the beds were comfortable.

Old farts fishing 🎣 trip

Very well kept property with nice amenities, especially the enclosed porch. Appliances all work fine although we needed a little help to figure out the dishwasher. We plan on returning again.

Excellent Stay

Exactly as advertised. Very clean with lots of room. Two living/media areas. Excellent beds and bedding. New bathroom towels. Fully functional kitchen with new dinnerware and kitchen utensils. Tonya was very responsive. Would definitely stay there again.
