“The room and view were awesome”

“This property is a BnB run by private renters. Studio room In need of some TLC and maintenance. Bathroom/laundry - no exhaust fan, sink plug does not work, shower base floods, lighting dim with some bulbs not working, door does not lock. Kitchen- sink plug does not seal therefore unable to wash up, need to use dishwasher however no dishwasher tablets initially provided - had to text owner to get some. Bed - only 3 pillows which were all flat ones. No access to room service. Location was good...

“Ali, our property manager was fantastic. He was very helpful, easy to contact and every detail of how to do or access anything was clearly explained. The apartment was great and the hotel facilities were also excellent. The only thing we didn’t really enjoy was the in-house restaurant. We did a lot of our own cooking but went one night to try the restaurant. It was really disappointing. ”

“The apartment was clean and tidy, parking at this apartment is good, only problem was if you didn't have internet connection previously from where you were coming from you didn't know how to get the key cards and parking, because the people who were in reception at mantra were absolutely useless, wouldn't help you at all,”
